Returns & Refunds

You can return any of the goods received to TEN Automotive Equipment Limited provided they are unused and are returned in their original packing. Any items should be returned, with proof of purchase, within 14 days from the date of dispatch. TEN Automotive does not use a freepost service for returned items. The customer will pay the cost of carriage unless goods are faulty. TEN Automotive will refund or exchange the costs of the goods but is unable to refund the delivery charge for dispatching the goods, if applicable. TEN Automotive will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the Company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchases if the goods were specially ordered for your application.

 

Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any delivery item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification or items that you have unsealed.

To cancel, you can message us here, call 01553 764900 or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

Item(s) may be returned to an TEN Automotive.

You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.

The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.

*Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVALIABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
